Depending on which side of the bars you're on, the zoo has a very different quality and purpose. For some, time may seem to stand still. For others, it is scheduled between the hours of 9am and 6pm, with the hustle and bustle of bear-feedings, penguin talks, lunch, and making it back to the car before the traffic hits. Which is inside? Which is outside? Perhaps we'll never know. Pass the peanuts, please.
